Why Hire Development Engineers?
- MDevEng students have a growth mindset and are trained to solve complex problems in a variety of contexts. Students learn about the social and political aspects of inequality and economic disparity in the context of engineering projects. With four concentration areas and the ability to take classes across UC Berkeley in business, public health, environmental design, and several other disciplines, all students learn from one another and develop cross-disciplinary skills
- Students select concentrations in AI & Data Analytics, Health Technologies, Design Thinking, or Water and Sanitation.
- MDevEng students come from diverse backgrounds and have experience collaborating across cultures and disciplines.
- They are trained in systems-thinking approaches to solving complex problems.
